Hello, I’m Veev.

I am a Senior Program Manager and Customer Experience Leader with over 8 years of experience driving business transformation, product readiness, and customer-first innovation across technology, healthcare, telecommunications, and supply chain industries. Currently, as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, I lead enterprise-level initiatives for Xbox, delivering high-revenue programs on time and within budget.

One of my proudest achievements was designing and launching an AI-powered chatbot for the Xbox billing business, which automated token-related inquiries, shifted 78% of cases to AI resolution, improved average handle time, and generated significant cost savings while enhancing the customer experience.

I bring a strong background in cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization, with proven success aligning engineering, marketing, product, and leadership teams around shared outcomes. My earlier roles at T-Mobile, Quickbase, Amazon Fresh, Immucor, and Georgia Southern University gave me a solid foundation in business analysis, learning and development, and operational excellence.

Beyond corporate leadership, on the weekends, I am the CEO of Radieux Candles & Diffusers, a lifestyle brand I founded from the ground up. Leading this venture has sharpened my entrepreneurial mindset, deepened my understanding of customer behavior, and strengthened my ability to balance creativity with business rigor, lessons that directly fuel my work as a program manager and customer experience leader.

At my core, I thrive on solving complex challenges, inspiring teams, and building strategies that not only achieve results but also create meaningful impact in the lives of customers.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and wellness. You’ll often find me at a CrossFit session, a Solidcore class or Hot Yoga session pushing my limits and building resilience, the same drive I bring to solving challenges in my professional life.
