Vivien is an enthusiastic professional with strong finance and communication skills who is passionate about helping impactful organisations grow.
Her interest areas include impact and ESG reporting, non-profit finance, continuous improvement, robotic process automation and governance. She has been invited to speak to various audiences about her journey and the future of the tax and finance function, including the EY Tax Directors' Forum 2023, CAANZ Tax Conference 2023 and Tax Policy Scholarship Finalist Celebration 2024.
She has a strong track record of innovation. Vivien's business ideas have won competitions like the New Zealand Microsoft Imagine Cup 2015 and Velocity Innovation Challenge 2016. She has also placed in numerous hackathons, including Callaghan Innovation's Hack the Crisis 2020, the New Zealand Transport Agency Green Light Hackathon 2019 and the KPMG Student Summit 2016.
Vivien is currently Senior Group Tax Advisor at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. Her previous experience includes M&A advisory in one of the Big Four accounting firms, management roles in not-for-profits and being a social entrepreneur for six years.
