Most people that loves to eat and loves to eat a variety of things not just Mcdonald’s one dollar menu or one type of cuisine wants Anthony Bourdain’s job. Why not? He gets to travel around the whole freaking world and eat and eat and eat. That is the best job in the whole damn universe. Every time he starts talking about food, I can’t help but salivate. He is so convincing! When I went to Vietnam, I went to look for the Lunch Lady because of him! “This is the soup that the Gods were suckle on…” Come on! How does he come up with that?

Well, I want his job. Maybe one day I will come up with an awesome phrase like his, which I like to add, literally just flows out of his ass, and then I would go and bank on eating to entertain other people! But for now, back to reality, I just want to write a little about the humble mom and pop restaurants and food trucks that exist all over San Francisco and the Bay Area. To let other foodies or people that just want to eat good food know what to look for out there!

When I was in China, I met this person that told me he never ate at the same place twice. That blew my mind! How? Why? And then it hit me, you only eat 3 meals a day and you only have 365 days in a year! There are so many other restaurants you haven’t tried at! So I want to challenge myself that, to not eat at the same place again, to keep on exploring and finding new restaurants. Good bye size 6 pants, Hello size infinite.
