Vlada Lisenco

Vlada Lisenco is a Doctor Habilitat in Law, consultant, project manager, lecturer, strategist development specialist, over 25 years of extensive experience in regional cooperation, confidence/peace building and conflict resolution, in Moldova and Transnistria.

Ended 5 years post-doctoral and 3 years doctoral studies in international law. Passed courses of improvement of qualification in the Moldovan, American and European Universities, European Parliament, European Court for human rights and other international intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations.

Participation at various international projects, сonferences/negotiations/bilateral meetings and university/think tanks discussions.

Currently - Consultant on mobilization and promotion of confidence-building measures EU/UNDP СBM project; higher Education Reform Expert, Moldova (ERASMUS, Moldova); associate professor in the Universities (Tiraspol, Komrat). Between 2006-2015 has been working as a Head and National Legal Officer in the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Transnistria; between 2000-2006 has been actively involved into civil society peace building project activities in Moldova.
