Vladimir, better known as Vanja to his friends, is a management, innovation & social media consultant. He has done work for clients such as UNDP Montenegro, British Embassy Belgrade (Serbia), Government of Montenegro, Social Innovation Laboratory Zagreb (Croatia), Publik (for Alkaloid Skopje, Macedonia), British Council Montenegro... He was engaged with the "Platform for trans-Academic Cooperation in INNOvation (PACINNO)" - an IPA Adriatic Cross Border Cooperation project.

Vanja is a co-founder of NGO Digitalizuj.me, a digital community trying to help citizens of Montenegro to understand and realize exciting new opportunities for social change and business in the digital environment by embracing social media and innovative business models.

He is the Program Director of Spark.me, one of the most carefully curated tech/business conferences in Southeast Europe. The conference has been organised annually in Budva, Montenegro since 2013, by Domain.ME, a private company in charge of operating Montenegro’s national internet domain - .ME.

Vanja has 12 years of experience teaching Strategic Management at the Faculty of Economics Podgorica, University of Montenegro, the leading economics and management education institution in Montenegro.

Vanja speaks frequently at conferences and corporate events, exploring the intersection of technology, business strategy, leadership, innovation & change. He was a speaker in many countries, from Peru through Czech Republic to Turkey.

He has attended a number of educational programs including the ones at the MIT Sloan School of Management, Rady School of Management - University of California, San Diego, ESADE Business School, University of Greenwich Business School, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, NTNU Trondheim, and IEDC - Bled School of Management.
