I'm ENGR. VLADIMIR POWELL by name,i was born October 1oth 1959,i'm from Latvia but lived in Miami, Florida in the USA. I'm the only surviving son of my family and i'm from a military family in Miami, Florida. I lost both of my parents in a plane crash at the world trade center in New York in September 11, 2001. And i also lost my lovely wife during her second child birth in the year December 25, 2011. I live with my only son,Desmond. I'm a licensed Engineer by profession I work as an Construction Engineer , presently i am in the high sea here in Finland 900 km from land , working under Deltamarin Ltd on an oil rig project awarded to my company i am settled here in the ship/vessel
