Global real estate investor and property developer Vladislav Doronin has a special interest in developing luxury hospitality, commercial and residential properties. He presides over OKO Group as founder, CEO and chairman. Under the leadership of Vladislav Doronin, OKO Group is currently working on several major development projects in Miami and other cities across the United States and globally.
To date, Vladislav Doronin has developed some 82 properties, culminating in the creation of over 80 million square feet of commercial and luxury residential real estate. OKO Group recently completed development of New York’s iconic Crown Building, which reopened as Aman New York, and is currently collaborating with the Missoni family to develop the luxury Missoni Baia series of condos.
Vladislav Doronin also serves as chairman and CEO of Aman Group, a parent company that includes the Aman Club, Aman Hotels and Aman Branded Residences as subsidiaries. Vladislav Doronin acquired the company in 2014 and has since strived to expand the group’s pipeline while improving its existing offerings. He is committed to maintaining Aman Group’s unique DNA and continuing the company’s pedigree for providing exceptional design and architecture in some of the world’s most iconic locations, with a keen focus on providing guests with unparalleled service, peace and privacy.
In addition to his interests in OKO Group and Aman Group, Vladislav Doronin is also CEO of Janu, Aman’s sister-brand of hotels, which plans to open its first destination in Tokyo in 2023.
