Vlad Moskovski has been coaching and advising CEO's and their executive teams for over 15 years. Vlad was most recently a senior principal at Accenture, advising Fortune 500 companies on organizational design and talent. Currently he is passionate about working with disruptive fast-growing startups enabling leadership teams to rapidly scale by optimizing talent, structures, and culture. He has deep expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, design thinking, innovation, operating model design, decision-making, customer experience, and product management.
