There's a little music room in our school that caused a huge difference and impact in my life. Back then, I was nine years old when I entered that music room, where I began my choral journey, loving and learning to play the piano. Day by day, my curiosity in music exposed me to exceptional compositions of Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin. I eventually enjoyed listening to classical music, and it helps me develop my skills in playing the piano, so I decided to continue learning it on my own.

Many years passed, I maintain engaging myself more in various complex genres of choral music, where my leadership skills began to fire and drove me to share and teach music to others. Joining choral groups also made me extend learning and practicing great piano pieces. Moreover, I had participated in choral competitions to have connections with well-known conductors for more experiences in performing arts.

Through my learning and performing experiences, I was able to keep track and vision in teaching music. However, teaching music opened a lot of doors to me when I enrolled in the Conservatory. It has always been my dream ever since I was young because it gave me satisfaction, and I still aim to mold the best version of my students as aspiring and competitive musicians. Like my mentor said, "Always plant your feet on the ground." No matter how far you achieve in life, having good manners and discipline are still the best foundation and recipe to foster by aspiring musicians.

For almost a decade of exposure in music and studying in Metro Manila, I've never seen and encountered a Music Building that caters to all the needs of every music student and musician generally. It strikes me to become an educator to share my God-given talent productively. It's fulfillment for educators to witness their students arriving at their farthest destination in life and make a difference to the next generations of musicians.
