I attended Boston College in 1994 and graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelors degree in Economics and immediately put it to work, opening my first business, Colosseum Gym, on Irvington Avenue In Newark NJ in 1998. Just a few years later in 2003 I opened my second location in West Orange, NJ. In 2011 I opened Florham Park Fitness on Columbia turnpike in Florham Park NJ, where I also provide my personal training and sports training services. In 2011 I founded Hanover In Training (HIT) which provides affordable Youth Sports Performance & Conditioning Training to athletes all over NJ. After 16 years my passion for the fitness industry continues to grow every day!

Today I have a very balanced Life Diet with some key Ingredients: Hard work, a lot of Determination, a pinch of Perseverance, some Rest & Relaxation & a TON of Love, Fun & Great Times with my family and 3 children!
