Ginny comes to DiVito Realty of the South Shore with a diversified background in business and management. For 30 years she owned and operated her own business, SaltMarsh Photography, earning numerous awards and becoming one of the South Shores most sought after photographers. Now in real estate, Ginny’s easy going attitude and ‘people’ skills assist her in providing a high level of service to both buyers and sellers. In addition to that Ginny is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Her appraisal background and knowledge of property values, lends itself directly to sales being able to assist sellers in pricing their property correctly.

Ginny holds a B.A. from Bridgewater State College. She is Past President of the Wareham Business and Professional Club. She is an active volunteer in the community, member of the Wareham-New Bedford Lodge of Elks, an avid golfer, and enjoys and travel. Ginny lives in Onset with her husband Bill and Jazzy, their little rescue poodle.
