By nature I am someone that loves helping other people. My university degree was in Library and Information Science, or how I like to call it: How to Make information Available Science. Having that frame of mind I always succeed in my jobs. Jobs, I had quite a few, I worked in libraries, museums, civil service (in Brazil and in the UK), restaurants, hotels and more. Currently I am giving up everything I done before and using the knowledge I have acquired in my past experiences to start a new venture in my life: my own family run business - Incredible Bakery Company.

In the very early stage of motherhood I found out that my son Leon was allergic to dairy, to eggs and to peanuts; and intolerant to wheat and to soya. That changed my life forever. Not only because I found out that I also couldn't take dairy, as well as I thought. But specially because I had to relearn about cooking, specially baking, as I only knew it using the traditional ingredients that are now banned from my household.

The INCREDIBLE BAKERY COMPANY is operating from Warkton, near Kettering in Northamptonshire. We are proudly supplying various shops and eateries across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, London, Norfolk, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
