Victoria excels in her work as Account Manager at a Mid-West based advertising firm providing comprehensive strategy, marketing, creative, media/public relations, event production & communication services. Fortune 100 and 500 corporations include Nationwide Insurance, Macy's, Dell, USATF, Toyota and Food Lion. Victoria leads a team of innovative marketing professionals, manages client relationships and effectively manages key projects for the agency. She also leads the Agency's community involvement and green efforts.
Community Involvement: Past involvement includes Vice Presidency (VP) of the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus, VP of the Latino Empowerment Outreach Network (LEON), and Secretary of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC). She's currently a member of the Cleveland Chapter of National Society of Hispanic MBA's. She's also currently serving as the youngest member on the YWCA of Columbus Governing Board of Directors.
Education: Victoria's educational background is in Marketing. She went through United Way's Project Impact Leadership course, Loaned Executive Development Program, and the YWCA's Gen Y Leadership program. In 2010, she developed Ohio's first 14-week professional development leadership program for Latinas: The Latina Mentoring Academy in conjunction with the Hispanic Chamber of Columbus. Speaks English and Spanish fluently and some Portuguese.
