Conference Interpreter, Cross-Cultural Trainer, and University Lecturer in Viena, Austria
Conference Interpreter | Cross-Cultural Trainer | Marketing Strategist
I work at the intersection of language, culture, and business—helping international organizations, institutions, and brands communicate effectively across borders.
Since 2016, I've interpreted for EU institutions, national authorities, and multinational corporations in high-stakes settings: Works Council negotiations, bilateral meetings, international conferences, and sensitive business discussions. I work in Romanian, German, and English—and coordinate interpreter teams when events involve multiple languages.
Beyond interpreting, I train multicultural teams on cross-cultural communication and negotiation, and advise brands on market entry strategies for German-speaking and Central/Eastern European markets. I teach at the University of Vienna and hold ISO certification as a business trainer.
Romanian by birth, Austrian by choice, I've lived abroad for over 10 years and have always been fascinated by how culture shapes the way people think, communicate, trust, and make decisions. That's what drives my work—whether I'm interpreting a negotiation, training a leadership team, or helping a brand position itself in a new market.
Based in Vienna, working across Europe.
What I do:
- Conference interpreting (simultaneous, consecutive, remote)
- Interpreter team coordination for multilingual events
- Cross-cultural training for international teams
- Market entry strategy for European markets
- Executive coaching for leaders working across borders
