I am driven by a desire to help people overcome personal and career challenges, define and achieve their life purpose and live truly exceptional lives.

I have had a long career as a psychologist, academic, consultant musician, artist and coach. My philosophy is based on the idea of living life to the fullest extent possible and pursue your aspirations and dreams, so there will be no regrets when we face the ultimate. In my own experience and in my coaching I have found this requires focus (especially at the beginning) to build solid habits of purpose-driven living. Helping others to achieve this is my service to others and part of my aspiration.
