Raj has over seven years experience working with international humanitarian projects around the world. In particular, he has done extensive work in Japan (Great Earthquake 2011), India and Nepal (From 2011 till now).

As the current Manager of Asha Foundation he is taking care of 13 orphaned children, providing them food, shelter, cloths, school and everything that they need... As the Founder and President of Himalayan Volunteer he has construct more the 400 house for the Earthquake victims in Nepal and currently managing Livelihood project for those people in remote village and poor community. His Projects focus on poor and lower caste people and their children's. His projects also involved education to the village people about sex trafficking and train them the developed and scientific way of Agriculture in remote villages.

Himalayan Volunteer Society is a charity that works to prevent sex trafficking in Nepal primarily through education (community education, providing scholarships and school supplies to girls), and educate remote people for the develop way of agriculture and live-hood training for better life.
