Gaurav singh

Gaurav is a young medical doctor and up and coming healthcare executive who has both hands on and leadership experience in the workplace as well as the community. An avid dog lover and competitor, Gaurav uses his life experiences of overcoming cancer to create organizations and lead initiatives (including the creation of a hospital) that pay it forward in a big way. When not working towards advancing healthcare in the rural Himalayas, or counseling children with cancer, Gaurav can be found training his dogs both for the show and for international Shutzhund competitions, for which he has been nationally recognized. Gaurav is known to put on his acting shoes at times; using the lessons learned from the scholarship opportunity he received to attend workshops at the National School of Drama. A travel freak, Gaurav has travelled to fifteen countries and loves to explore various parts of the world with a strong focus on local tastes and cuisines. A passionate Social entrepreneur Gaurav is looking at getting a strong Business education to eventually be an agent of change, in the Indian rural healthcare Industry.
