Since 2004, real estate development professional Von Batesole has served as Former president of American Summit Corporation, negotiating agreements for hotels and resorts around the world to be part of a private membership club concept. Von Batesole was the CEO of Crystal Resorts International, which has worked toward owning resorts and hotels in several California cities as well as Texas, New York, Argentina, and Mexico.

In his previous role as president of SilverHawk International Development Corp, he organized a joint venture with China-based Tobacco Company to develop 65 new timeshare hotels, securing the first full National Government license for a timeshare company ever awarded by the Chinese government. Von Batesole also spent 4 years as senior vice president of International Realty part of Continental Paragon Corporation where he headed the acquisition of all the land to develop more than 600 houses and 2,000 apartments in Oregon and Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Batesole studied political science at Fresno Junior College, and Modesto Junior College where he competed on one of California’s top debate teams, and earned real estate licenses from the Washington State Real Estate Academy and the Hawaii Real Estate Institute.
