Murray Waas is a freelance journalist who has written for Vox, Vice, and the Village Voice.

He has worked as an investigative reporter for Reuters and National Journal, and was investigative editor for Vice.

Murray Waas has been a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, winner of the Goldsmith Prize, and winner of the Barlett & Steele Business Investigative Reporting Prize.
