Mason Holloway
Mason Holloway, Senior Director of Consulting Services, oversees both the federal and commercial sides of Beacon's consulting business line. He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership, organizational effectiveness, strategy development, performance improvement, and change management. Mason is a senior analyst, performance technologist and experienced thought leader and practitioner of the HPI processes. He has proven skills and expertise in assisting organizations in meeting and exceeding aggressive and competitive organizational goals and improving overall business results. As a respected consultant in the areas of organizational effectiveness and performance, Mason applies the combination of his extensive real world business experience and acumen with a deep understanding of the fundamental principals of performance in the service of accomplishing business goals.
Mason is co-author of Performance DNA™, the most comprehensive and effective toolset for analyzing human performance available today. Performance DNA™ has been widely adopted internationally and is the only methodology taught in the American Society for Training and Development's (ASTD) prestigious HPI certificate program
Mason has taught the Performance DNA approach to hundreds of individuals across the United States and internationally and was selected as subject matter expert for Volume 3 of ASTD's new Learning System. He is an expert in the methodology and his facilitation style and knowledge have made him a sought after instructor, advisor and project consultant. In addition to delivering these services and leading the division, Mason has helped Beacon apply best practices to its internal organizational development.
Mason prestigious list of customers includes AMD, Dell, The U.S. Navy, Saudi Aramco, L.L. Bean, Social Security Administration, ServiceMaster, ADP and Microsoft. Early in Mr. Holloway's career he focused his skills in the development of marketing and sales programs working with Cellular One (now Cingular).
Having graduated from the University of Maryland with B.A. in English and Business, Mason continues graduate studies in Management at James Madison University.
