I am a career full life cycle Recruiter that decided to become a full-time Sourcer over the last few years. As a Recruiter I often felt that I did not have the time to conduct the necessary research to uncover top talent and provide the initial candidate development. Typically I would be bombarded with calls all day from vendors and staffing firms, meeting with hiring managers, and talking with employees. As a Sourcer, I am able to remain focused on the search and development of leads which allows me to build stronger relationships with candidates and increase the visibility of the company I work for.
