Born in 1975 in Rasht, Vafā studied Civil Engineering at the University of Tehran.
From 1993 to 2011, he lived in Tehran and worked as structural engineer, software and data developer, and IT consultant.
In 2011, Vafā moved to Lausanne, where he joined Frontiers and contributed to the company’s innovative advancement by conducting Enterprise Data Management and Analytics.
Since 2023, he has been living in Pully and working at Avanade as Group Manager, Data and Analytics.
Vafā has over two decades of experience in software development and data management.
