Adam Gentry is a relationship-centric wealth strategist who specializes in supporting entrepreneurs, business owners, and professional partners as they move through the key phases of their financial journey—from creation to accumulation to distribution.
Adam began his career in 2019 working with high-net-worth individuals who required integrated financial solutions across private banking, financial planning, and investment management. His work quickly revealed a common pattern: when entrepreneurs focus intensely on their business passion, their personal finances often become secondary. Adam’s advisory philosophy was shaped around solving this exact tension.
In 2022, Adam joined Vaxzo as a wealth adviser, bringing his deep client-service background to a firm that prioritizes trust, clarity, and structural long-term planning. Today, he partners closely with founders and families to design financial strategies that reflect their goals, mitigate risk, support generational planning, and adapt to life’s inevitable changes.

MITCH BERKE

Mitch Berke brings more than a decade of real-asset investment experience and 25 years of technology-sector leadership to Vaxzo’s investment strategy. He co-founded Vaxzo in 2015 with a simple goal: to help high-earning professionals translate active income into meaningful, tax-efficient, and reliable long-term wealth.
An investor since 2012, Mitch has operated single-family rentals, participated in multifamily communities, and explored advanced strategies including industrial assets, NNN (triple-net) properties, sale-leasebacks, land entitlements, and build-to-rent developments. He has personally navigated 1031 exchanges, depreciation programs, and self-directed IRA investing—experiences that inform Vaxzo’s pragmatic, structure-first investment philosophy.
Mitch has spent years advising and investing alongside individuals navigating liquidity events, IPOs, RSU payouts, inheritances, and business sales. These experiences have shaped his expertise in tax strategy, risk management, and post-liquidity capital deployment—areas where clarity and structure matter most.
With more than two decades in technology sales and engineering-consulting leadership, Mitch also understands the financial realities of high-income professionals, particularly those compensated through equity and performance-based rewards. At Vaxzo, he integrates this understanding with advanced analytics, using AI modeling to assess markets, evaluate opportunities, and design portfolio strategies rooted in disciplined, consistent decision-making.
