Vyacheslav Zhelobkov

I have over 15 years experience in Software Engineering industry. During this period I hold positions of QA engineer, Software Developer, Team Lead, Technical Lead, Client Delivery Manager (CDM), Account manager, Solution Architect. Last 4 years I took sequentially positions of Team Lead, Technical Lead and Solution Architect for one of biggest gambling infrastructure developers. Projects include:

— EE Java backend

— cross platform video games development (single JAVA codebase with latter cross compiling to HTML5, Android, iOS, MS Windows)

— iOS, Android clients including wearable devices

— automation web services

— affiliate tracking system

As Team/Tech Lead I’ve managed team of 15th including remote developers (Germany, China, India).

I have been involved in projects in various software areas, including entertainment, game, accounting, system utilities, security-oriented applications, embedded development. They gave me strong experience and understanding of differences between these types of applications. I’ve got solid knowledge in using various project development tools: issue and bug tracking systems (JIRA, Elvis), source control systems (SVN, Git, Perforce), code review tools (*merge, Cruicible, Stash), continuous integration (Jenkins, Build Central), IDEs and many others.

My own projects (both mobile and social applications) allow me to be in touch with modern technologies, libraries, tools and trends.

I have experience of leading as little local teams as quite big geographically distributed ones. I have an understanding of the project and company organisation and neediness. I’m good at leading both technical and communication activities required to achieve project successful on-time completion.
