I am a writer and academic, based in London. I've written a few pieces for most of the nationals, and read my work on BBC Radio Four.

My new book on running and the environment will be published on 26th May 2016. It is called 'Footnotes - How Running Makes us Human.' It recounts a number of the adventures that I had while I was out on the run, and also about what running can tell us about the way we live now.
