WILLIAM PHILLIPS

Born and raised In New York City during a time of the Cold War, when most Americans sat on brink of disaster and a hopeful vision of the “Kennedy Space Program”.Williams’s parents were hard working people who were part of the Northern Migration from the clutches of the “Jim Crow South” and filled with the promise to strive towards success through dedication, hard work and education. This dedication was instilled in William as a child, upon which he was encouraged to pursue higher education with a purpose and a specific goal in mind by attaining a Graduate Degree in a health or science related field. He met the challenge by earning a Bachelor’s of Science and Master of Science degrees in Chemistry.
