Welcome to the story of my life.
Passionate in system design and sustainable business development, I started my career as a Consulting Analyst at Korn Ferry Hay Group, a global management advisory firm, where I helped my clients from diverse sectors solved business challenges regarding strategic workforce planning, digital transformation, and competency modelling.
Selected as a young leader in YSEALI program, I broadened my perspectives in social-entrepreneurship, innovation, and economic development at University of Connecticut and started CareerService project to help students understand and plan their desired career paths individually with dynamic assessment and development tools.
I am now working independently in the fields of education, research outsourcing, business analytics, organizational development, and project management.
