Born in the spiritual town of Ashland, Oregon, I have grown up in the beautiful NorthWest. I left home at 18, and since then have lived in Texas, Hawaii, Colorado, Georgia and Arizona. Traveling around, going to 11 different colleges. Searching for myself. Finally, after spending a month in Tokyo, I enrolled at a 5 element Chinese Medicine School at the Tai Hsuan Buddhist monestary on the island of Ohau, Hawaii. After spending a year there, I came back to the mainland and completed my bachelor of science degree. 3 years of Science with and emphasis on Fine Art/Painting. I sold paintings at various gallery's around Ashland. One night I asked God to show me the woman of my dreams, that I would live with for the rest of my life. The next morning, I saw my now current wife of 12 years. She smiled at me as she walked by. I swore she must have been an egyptian princess. I was wrong. She was a Kenyan queen. We were seperated for a year, while dating, when I move to L.A. to continue my study's, and she stayed behind to complete her degree. The rest is history. We moved to Colorado, I completed my Masters in Chinese Medicine and we moved back up to Portland, Oregon. We now own a thriving Wellness Clinic called The Qi Spot. We have 2 beautiful little princesses, and we frequently travel back to Kenya. I have recently started school again at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. I am pursuing my Doctorate in Oriental Medicine. It is a two year program. Next fall I will be going to Peru to stay with a tribe for 3 weeks, do some Ayahuasca, climb Maccu Pichu and surf some of the greatest waves on the planet. Right now, it's all about spirutuality and family. And surfing is my religion. So I am a 3rd generation Scottish descendant, that is married to an African, that is an artist, that loves to play sports and practice Chinese Medicine. Don't put me in a Box.
