I am an individual with a creative bent of mind with an ability to give shape to an idea. Inherent ability as a good team member, intermingling, and coordinating a team also comes as an asset to me. I believe in hard work, team work, integrity and learning something new each day. I have bean a student of International Peace & Conflict Studies & did a special course on Investigative Reporting from NECIR, BOSTON University USA. Appointed as a member of five member team of Kashmir Committee (Formed in New Delhi for Peaceful settlement of K – Issue and better Indo – Pak relationship. I have also established a vernacular News Channel in South Kashmir. To highlight the difficulties faced by rural people of South Kashmir which includes current affairs news, public grievance, seminars covering & debates as well. The channel is named HBN Channel. I have edited, produced and Anchor a lot of TV Shows on this channel. Today lots of young dynamic boys and girls are taking advantage of this small platform at an grass root level. Besides to this my association have bean with following NGO’s. • Secretary: Zakir Memorial Educational Trust, Pulwama running a college of education (2007 onwards) • Member : Saadi Memorial Educational Trust. (Nursery to 12th school) (2008 onwards) I have bean actively engaged in field of education and peace activism and have participated in SAARC emerging leaders conference in Nepal 2010, the program was hosted by US state department. I have two years experience of working with print and electronic media related to reporting/conflict analysis, Peace Journalism, field reporting, editing assignments covering Jammu and Kashmir.
