W. Amy He
I am a recent Psychology, B.A. and Public Health, B.A. graduate from UC Irvine. I am currently working as a part-time behavioral tutor for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders at the Behavioral Learning Center in the northern Los Angeles area. I warmly and openly invite any academic or career opportunities to build on and further my knowledge and skills in the mental health and/or public health field. I have a keen interest in clinical psychology, clinical research, and clinical trial management.
I am indepedent, responsible, and honest. I am not afraid to take chances and explore the unknown. When I was 21, I backpacked around Europe by myself. I love challenging myself in both my personal and work life. I will never know the limits of my capibilities unless I am always striving for more.
I am bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese; I also speak conversational Spanish and Swedish. In my spare time, I enjoy figure skating, traveling, learning new languages, and trying out vegetarian recipes.
