Aloha! Thanks for visiting my page. My name is Roxy (Roxanne). I was born in Canada, completed my post-graduate degree in Sports Physiology & Sports Rehabilitation in Kent, UK and have resided/worked in Bermuda, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Hawai'i and spent 9 years in Thailand, before relocating to New York in 2012.

I am a business owner, acting as Director and Spa Consultant for Asia Pacific Leisure Consulting, a company I launched in Phuket, Thailand in 2004, offering spa and leisure consulting services (www.asiapacificleisure.com).

I began a yoga practice thanks to my mother at a very young age and much later, found a true passion for the practice and study during my first trip to India in 1998. My focus, using my unique skill-sets, is to bridge ancient Eastern spiritual practices and modalities with Western knowledge of kinesiology and healthy movement - by hosting retreats which bring wellness practitioners/gurus together with well-known 5(+)-star resorts and destination spas in Southeast Asia.
