Born in Jogjakarta, Indonesia, I began my career as a Sales Representative. I quickly advanced through roles such as Area Manager, Regional Manager, Product Manager, and Sales Manager within the Pharma and Medical Devices industry, gaining experience in both local and multinational companies.

After 13.5 years in sales and marketing, I transitioned to training and development, focusing on sales excellence and process improvement. Over the last decade, I expanded my expertise across various industries, including Industrial and transportation, Mining and Oil-Gas, Security-Safety, Energy, Consumer Healthcare, and Renewable Energy, holding key positions such as Division Head in the Food and beverages sector.

Currently, I lead Enterprise Customer Operations in Southeast Asia, having previously served as the Country Customer Service Leader and Head of the Customer Service Department. My passions include business development, people development, process improvement, lean management, and enhancing customer experiences. I am actively involved in professional and social communities like the Women Leadership Forum, Otomotif Club, Trainers Club, and Sports Club.
