Hello, I’m Wai Nwe, a Registered Nurse and healthcare professional based in Yangon, Myanmar, with over 17 years of clinical experience across hospital and ambulatory surgical care settings.

I currently serve as an Assistant Manager at CLL HEALTH, where I contribute to nursing leadership, operational coordination, staff development, quality improvement, and patient-centred care. My professional background spans acute and inpatient care, critical care, surgical nursing, operating theatre practice, and ambulatory surgical care.

I am also experienced in healthcare management, clinical workflow coordination, and electronic documentation. Having worked with Epic Systems, I understand how effective use of electronic health records and hospital information systems can improve clinical workflows, communication, and data accuracy.

I hold a Bachelor of Nursing Science from the University of Nursing, Yangon, and a Diploma in Professional Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Scotland. I have also completed the Essential Skills for Operating Room Nurses programme delivered by Ngee Ann Polytechnic Global, Singapore, and I am certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Combining clinical expertise with management education, I am passionate about nursing leadership, professional development, healthcare innovation, and continuous improvement. I am committed to strengthening nursing practice, nurturing future healthcare professionals, and supporting teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
