Waite Hamrick is a Workforce Analytics Manager supporting HR Executives. Waite’s role covers data analytics and providing quantitative and qualitative analysis on headcount, turnover, overtime, and recruiting. Waite is the lead analyst on Supply Chain HR Data, spearheading all analysis of employee data as well as forecasting.

Prior to his role as an HRIS Analyst, Waite worked for 2 years as a Talent Acquisition and HR Analyst. Responsible for building executive dashboards, self-reporting suites, and standardizing their reporting models. Along with supporting the input of data into a common database to build and update the next generation of Dashboards for clients and internal users.
