Wale, an Oracle HCM solution architect, digital transformation consultant with core expertise in business strategy, enterprise architecture, techno-functional, business analyst, support, presales, and a facilitator with an Apps DBA background and still heavily hands-on participating in EBS upgrade (R12.1.3 – R12.2.10), specializes in human resources and payroll modules (hire to retire) and customer relationship management; and other application modules which include financials and supply chain management. These business processes include an order to cash, procure to pay, credit to cash and promise to pay.
Completed several project implementations, support and upgrade on Oracle HRMS/Payroll; worked as a techno-functional and support consultant on Core HR, SSHR, iRecruitment, Oracle Learning Management, Performance Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor and Oracle Advanced Benefits.
He has assisted a number of businesses (financial, oil & gas, telecommunication firm and national & provincial public service) to find solutions to complex business issues using various technologies hence providing strategic and tactical direction; with the view to successfully balance operational efficiencies and business growth with client satisfaction.
Currently working with the Western Cape Government, South Africa in partnership with National Treasury, DPSA and SITA to roll-out an Integrated Financial Management System; a centralized ERP platform that will serve the entire public service operations.
Wale has been delivering technology and middleware courses for Oracle University (South Africa) since 2014; with average customer repeatability of over 97% in over 26 different courses.
He has good working implementation knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud functional implementation, OTBI and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Wale is an Oracle certified associate, specialist and professional on On-Premise and Cloud Infrastructures. He has a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Physics. He is a professional member of the Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa (IITPSA). An alumnus of Emeritus Institute of Management with PGD in Digital Business and a student of University of South Wales, UK studying MBA.
