Wales Chen 陳瑞文

Began my professional career working as System Analyst and Network Engineer for 3 years for Texas Instruments where you get the chance to play with all the latest semi-conductor stuffs.

Later, I spent 12 years working as Technical Product Manager covering North Asia and Pre-Sales Systems Engineer at Veritas Software which later merged with Symantec.

I went on to work for a storage vendor called Promise Technology as Project Manager looking after APJ region and focus on Cloud Computing related technology.

Not staying at Promise for too long, I then took over the Technical Director role leading a Solution Integration team covering Backup, DR, SAP ERP, and Microsoft Azure related solutions for Wistron.

I then spent six years working as Regional Systems Engineer for Veeam Software.

Starting on June 2021, I was working as Principal Presales Consultant for SUSE Software covering all Linux related solutions including Rancher sales.

After leaving SUSE, I am now working for Supermicro as Staff Solution Architect as well as Product Manager in blade system team looking after Asia and Europe since a few years ago.
