He's been a pastor since 1981 and the Lead Pastor of Redeemer's Fellowship since January of 1990. Though he has earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Wheaton College, a Masters of Theology from Dallas Seminary and a Doctorate of Ministry from Western Seminary in Portland, he'll correct you if you call him anything but "Steve." He believes he has one of the best jobs in the world – leading, teaching, motivating and training people to walk the path of life successfully.
