I am a student affairs professional who loves his job and enjoys encouraging students to develop and grow as individuals, community members, and global citizens. I am particularly, enjoy motivating growth in the areas of leadership, technology, social media, social justice, and diversity.

Through this lens, I hope to help any organization I work for grow by developing and expanding high performance programs and events beyond what is expected toward excellence.

I have been successful doing this in the past because I have been surrounded by amazing mentors, colleagues, students, and staff who have pushed me as hard as I have pushed them. If there is anything my colleagues might share about me is that; There is truly never a dull moment working working with Wallace, that I care deeply about the each of the things I work on, and I care about each of people I work with. Except for keys, there may or may not be an I hate keys dance...
