PhD candidate, Interaction Design Researcher, and Industrial Designer in Eindhoven, Netherlands
I am a PhD candidate in the Industrial Design department of Eindhoven University of Technology. My research focuses on social applications of connected vehicles, which concerns User Research, UX design, prototyping in driving simulator and real car, conducting experiments and data analysis. Before starting my PhD project, I have 3 years working experience both in automotive and IT companies as UX designer, responsible for in-vehicle HMI system design.
My combined background of industry and academic brings me solid knowledge, rich experience, strong executive force and creativity. Further more, insistence on UX of automotive domain for years gives me profound insight into the trends of smart transportation technology.
I believe the emerging connectivity and automation of vehicles would provide a fantastic chance for my long-time expectation: bringing the future transportation more intelligence, efficiency and hommization.
