I've been a professional bodyworker since 1997. Working as a Feldenkrais® Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist, I am fortunate to be doing what I truly love...assisting people on their journey away from pain, discomfort and 'dis-ease' and toward a less stressful, more pleasurable, healthy and vivacious way of living. For many years, I have been fascinated by how bodies move, feel and function. On a daily basis, I get the pleasure of witnessing human potential in action as I see clients change, adapt, and expand their ability to thrive.
