I have been teaching Italian language and cooking for several years, in several colleges and schools and in my home.

I offer grammar and conversational Italian at all levels, private and for groups, and traditional Northern Italian cooking.

I have a very large garden where I grow and try to grow some
vegetables from Italy. During Spring and Summer I conduct tours of the garden for the cooking classes, where we get to "shop" for our ingredients.

I also teach traditional Italian liqueurs-making, using store-bought alcohol and local and exotic herbs, fruits and spices.
