Economist with 30+ years of experience in managing interdisciplinary teams, performing industry studies, Benefit Cost analyses, regulatory and program evaluations, risk, vulnerability and security analyses.

Clients have included the Departments of Transportation (FAA, FHWA, NHTSA, FMCSA, PHMSA), Defense (DTRA), Homeland Security (TSA, CG), other Federal agencies (NASA, Bureau of Indian Affairs, CIA, National Research Council) and international organizations (ICAO CAEP's Forecasting and Economic Analysis Support Group).

Currently working on corporate average fuel economy (CAFE) regulations and as an appointed expert to ICAO CAEP/10's Global Market Based Measure Technical Task Force.
