Walter Ledda’s twin passions, music and charity, are woven into his life in ways both subtle and obvious. As one of The founders and the CEO of Morgan Drexen Integrated Systems, Ledda is well regarded as an astute businessman, generous philanthropist and talented musician. It is the numerous ways he combines these three qualities that make Ledda unique.

“Success comes to us all in different ways,” says Ledda. “But I believe the success you have in life is not just monetary – that once you’re able to provide for your family, it’s incumbent on you to help give back to the community that has supported that success.”

As a company, Morgan Drexen’s focus is creating efficient and innovative business systems for professionals and service organizations. Professionals like attorneys who endeavor to help consumers in their time of need. But the company goes further in its efforts in helping professionals helping people, partnering with nearly a dozen charities both locally and nationally. Ledda serves on the Development Committee for Make-A-Wish® Orange County and recently donated $10,000 to CHOC Children’s. Morgan Drexen separately pledged $25,000 to CHOC Children’s to help sick children.

Ledda’s recent appointment to the marketing committee of Pacific Symphony in Orange County, CA, has allowed him to orchestrate another altruistic goal: sparking the love of classical music in the local community.
A classically-trained concert violinist, Ledda is thrilled to join such a prestigious and talented group.

“Music is not owned, but is rather passed on from generation to generation. I think there is a unique opportunity for Pacific Symphony to reach young people and perhaps inspire a new wave of classical musicians.”

Ledda says he inherited his love of music from his parents, also talented musicians. In fact, says Ledda, one of his first business ventures revolved around music.

“I once operated a piano restoration business - and often made sales over the phone!” recalls Ledda with a smile.

Ledda is now expanding Morgan Drexen’s business model by offering new products and services aimed at helping consumers with limited resources. Among them is Lifewill.com, a service that allows people from all walks of life to create a final will and testament at affordable rates.
