Walter Patton is a Motivational Speaker, Trainer, Community Specialist and Artist. This Father of 3 has directed over 20 videos, 10 short films, and two documentaries centered around environmental issues including: Lead Poisoning, Infant Mortality and Food Deserts. He is known for his work speaking on the effects of Redlining today and strategies to effectively connect the Professional World to disenfranchised communities dealing with trauma.
He is the Creator of Create Art Not Violence which is a Youth Arts Initiative targeting Youth in impoverished communities dealing with trauma. Through Ghetto Therapy, his Adult version of Create Art Not Violence, Walter engages Parents, Caregivers and Community Members in open dialogue about community issues from Mental Health to Police Brutality. Mr. Patton has worked with numerous organizations such as The Boys and Girls Club, Elementary Schools, Case Western Reserve University, MoCa Cleveland and more to cultivate trauma-informed solutions that will transform communities, cities, and the nation.
He likes to say that he is a Black Boy blinded by redlines that now fights against negatively structured living conditions to clear the path for the generations coming behind him.
