To date, Walter Reissman has participated in investments of more than $80 million in corporate finance transactions, including private placements, PIPEs, reverse mergers, IPOs, and M & A. Though Walter Reissman is currently focused on U.S. real estate, he has previously worked and invested in the United States and much of the rest of the world, as well.
