Currently, Walter applies his 15+ years in hiring and staffing at Triumph Professional Staffing as the Director of the National Sales Division and Director of Internal Recruiting.

A former professional tennis player who traveled extensively playing pro level tournaments he enjoyed moderate success on the Pro tour, and in 1989 developed and founded the OnlyAces Tennis Academy in Roslyn, NY. The academy was one of the most successful in New York for over 10 years. Walter sold off his interest in the academy, and entered the corporate world. His Finance and Marketing degree from St. Johns University in Jamaica, NY proved valuable when he started his entrepreneurial career.

Walter has been involved with several start-ups and well established firms, increasing sales revenues wherever he has been. Companies such as MonsterDaata, Edirect, RCI Recruitment Solutions, and BeyondROI, LLC were lucky enough to have Walter share his expertise in listening and selling techniques. In all of his previously held positions and his current one Walter is best known for his competitive spirit, his high moral standards and his lovable nature. The same applies to his personal life; Walter has creatively used his love of tennis to raise funds and awareness for organizations such as the Multiple Sclerosis Society and the American Cancer Society. If asked what he could never give up, some would say a smart phone and Walter…well he would say working! However, if you have missed him in the office you will most likely find him playing a sport, any outdoor competitive sport will do with tennis topping the list.
