Wanda Wan

Born in Jinan, Shandong, China, I am currently a student reporter studying M.A. in International Journalism from Hong Kong Baptist University. With a Bachelor’s Degree in English, I graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an, Shaanxi.

During those undergraduate years, I was in charge of making the promotional video for the Student Union on campus and producing commemorative films for the English department. I also became the chief editor of the campus English newspaper in which my special covering of the exchange students from Sweden was included. Later, I joined the journalist group of the Chinese University Basketball Association and wrote everyday news reports. Apart from that, with an interest in the global affairs, I took part in the 2011 National Model United Nations Conference held in Washington D.C., USA.

Additionally, the two figures,“692” and “1628”, which might be changed someday, can perfectly describe myself. The first one refers to the films and TV series I have watched so far, and the second one denotes the music albums I have personally collected. Apparently, my passion for movies and music pushes me to review and recommend films and songs in my blog occasionally.
