Wanda Miles Woodruff serves as a Children and Families Program Specialist in the Immediate Office of the Regional Administrator . She has lead responsibilities for Child, Youth and Family Homelessness, Refugees, New Americans, Tribal Relationships, and Early Childhood Education. Prior to joining the (IORA) teams she worked as a Head Start Program Specialist for 7 years. Previously, she worked as an Education Manager for a local Head Start program for 12 years. Wanda has been an Adjunct Professor for Harcum College for the past 7 years. She has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 26 years with Administration and Educational experience inclusive of Philadelphia's Public Schools, Private and Catholic Schools along with Childcare programs. She advocates for equal access to education for children, families and adult learners. She also serves as a community representative with several organizations.

She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Cheyney University in Pennsylvania, and a Doctorate Degree in Professional Studies from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
