Wanda Tineo

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Scranton, Wanda Tineo began her career in 1997 as a personal and commercial underwriter with Tarrytown, New York's Allen Block Insurance Agency. Wanda Tineo worked for the company until 2007, during which time she gained Series 6 and 63 licenses, the former of which allows holders to sell packaged investment products such as variable annuities and mutual funds, while the latter permits the holder to transact business within the state and is a requirement for Series 6 licensees.

After a successful career in the insurance industry, Wanda Tineo earned her real estate license in 2007 and began working for the Piermont, New York-based Kennedy & Kennedy. She worked for the agency five years before becoming an independent real estate agent. When she isn't networking and prospecting potential clients, Ms. Tineo enjoys maintaining her home’s flower and vegetable gardens.
