My name is Julianna although I usually go by Julie or Jules. I could go in to the boring details about my life, but that is just the surface of who I am. I've been on a journey to change my life this summer and so far it's worked. I've dived into spirituality, fitness, nutrition and music and my life has become a million times better. I have a goal to help others through all the skills I've learned to turn my life around for the better and hope that this blog can serve as a resource for anyone.
